We are a TICA registered cattery located in Englewood, Colorado. We are Jeff and Carol Goodall and we have been cat lovers/owners for years. In 2007 we became interested in the Bengal breed. After reading about how Bengals can easily learn to fetch, shake hands (paws), sit, roll over and walk on a leash, we were intrigued! They even like to play in water! Not to mention they have that very sleek, wild, exotic look. After months of reading about these cats, we decided we had to have one, so we purchased our first Bengal kitten, with a few more to follow! Our lives haven't been the same since. We were instantly addicted. Not only are Bengals beautiful and smart, they are sweethearts. They absolutely love attention (sometimes demanding it) and are quite comical! Our goal is to produce top-quality, healthy, well socialized and exotic looking kittens, all raised by us in our home. Our cats are part of our family and we intend to provide all of our kittens with the love and one-on-one attention they deserve. Our Queens are only bred once a year. We feel this is healthier for both the Queens and the kittens. By limiting the number of kittens produced, we feel we can offer top-of-the-line, healthy and well socialized kittens with the best temperaments. We work closely with our veterinarian. Every litter we produce is seen by our vet at least twice before going to their new homes. All vaccinations are performed by our vet. Every kitten is spayed or neutered before leaving here. A complete blood workup and fecal exam is performed and a copy of the reports will be provided to new kitten owners. Our Queens are examined before each breeding to ensure they are healthy and ready to breed. No Cages! Our cats are members of our family first and foremost! We would never put any member of our family in a cage to live out their life. The only time we will use an enclosure is when a queen is delivering a litter to ensure she doesn't move the kittens. After the kittens are born, the enclosure is removed. We have a special room specifically for birthing and kitten rearing where the queen and kittens can run and play safely. After the kittens receive their vaccinations, they are allowed to roam our home. This aids in continuing developmental and socialization skills with humans and other cats. This also allows the kittens to become familiar with everyday household sights and sounds. |
